My wife and I relocated to Santa Cruz in 2003.  In the summer of 2006 we had our first child a baby girl named Julie.   And, just recenlty, in August  we had a baby boy, Kaden.

Purchasing property and starting a family here has taught me a lot about the challenges and excitement of buying real estate and owning property in Santa Cruz. I have a very strong conviction that owning real estate is an integral part of the “American Dream”.  Whether that is your first home, your vacation property, or you’re looking at real estate as an investment, I love helping people realize that part of their Santa Cruzian-American Dream. 

I also have a personal belief that the process of buying a property should be fun and memorable.  It is a big step in many peoples' lives.  I feel it is the sales agent that can help the process be enjoyable and memorable.
